Worksite ConsultingThe Health Management Consultant serves as the single point of contact to employer groups on behalf of HWI, and assists each client in targeting and achieving their health management goals. Each Health Management Consultant is a highly trained professional who understands organizational health, prevention approaches, and managed care constructs. He or she will work with each employer organization to improve employee and member health and maximize productivity by engaging individuals in the full range of health management services available, both through HWI and the employer's designated benefit/service providers.
The Health Management Consultant commences each engagement by guiding the collection and analysis of relevant organizational data using HWI's suite of proprietary Assessment Tools. The Consultant will then provide strategic recommendations derived from the resulting data, and will advise the employer on best practices for worksite wellness and health management.
Based on the employer's health and productivity management objectives and the available assessment data, the Health Management Consultant will then coordinate the delivery of any and all HWI programs and services. Throughout, the Health Management Consultant will work with employer stakeholders and benefit partners to ensure that a comprehensive, integrated suite of resources are communicated to the individual participants. |
