The Health & Human Capital Management Series, a division of World Congress, is pleased to present the Executive Forum on Creating a Culture of Health.  This event will provide proven techniques and practical strategies for shifting organizational norms and employee health behaviors.  Each session will provide clear steps and guidelines for engaging employees in sustainable healthy behavior resulting in improved health, increased productivity, and reduced healthcare costs. This event will feature practical steps and best-practice techniques for:

  • Transitioning from a fragmented health and wellness program to a systemic, organization-wide approach
  • Increasing employee engagement to maximize impact of health and wellness programs
  • Identifying the key values and goals of the organization that must be addressed for successful culture change
  • Developing and delivering a concise, consistent marketing message for internal stakeholders to ensure maximum participation
  • Ensuring that senior management support, and participation, is visible and consistent with the organizational commitment to health and wellness
  • Assessing available organizational resources and developing an appropriate, practical health and wellness plan

Michael H. Samuelson, President and CEO of The Health & Wellness Institute will chair this event, which convenes employers and health plans discussing how they are developing programs that achieve sustainable behavior change in employee populations.
