The Health & Wellness Institute® Launches a Suite of Self-Directed Programs

March 12, 2012

The Health & Wellness Institute (HWI) announced today that it has released a new suite of self-directed wellness programs designed for the individual learner.

The new product line includes five self-directed wellness programs on the topics of food safety, sleep management, nutrition, self-care, and stress management. Each interactive, multi-week program guides participants to set a wellness goal, make healthier choices, and maintain their new habits on a schedule that works for their lifestyle.

“Our self-directed product line is an exciting new addition to our high-touch, onsite programs, as it gives us the opportunity to provide effective wellness programs to organizations that have traveling and telecommuting employees, and to individuals who prefer to participate in a wellness program outside of a group setting.” said Todd Farias, HWI Manager of Product Innovation.

HWI’s suite of self-directed programs is now available. If you have any questions, or would like to learn more about this new product line, please contact HWI’s Sales Team at sales@hwinstitute.com or (401) 228-1400.
