| Group Fitness Instructor
Job Type: Independent Contractor We are looking for energetic, creative fitness instructors to teach in a variety of worksite settings. The individuals that are chosen as contractors to deliver these services on behalf of HWI will be responsible for leading group exercise classes and providing minimal administrative duties associated with onsite registration and evaluation. Qualifications: Group Exercise Instructor Certification with subject matter certification in all or any of the following: Yoga, Pilates, Stability Ball, or Tai Chi (this specialty does not require the group exercise certification). | Health Screening Technician
Job Type: Per Diem We are seeking qualified health professionals to perform finger-stick biometric screenings and blood pressure measurements at worksite wellness and community events on behalf of The Health & Wellness Institute, its health plan partners, and employer clients. This individual will also be required to conduct ongoing research and maintain current knowledge of all lab screening equipment/supplies, health promotion/education, and state, federal, and OSHA guidelines, licensing, and best practices. Qualifications: Medical Technician (Associates Degree); Medical Technologist (Bachelor's Degree or HEW Certification); Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN); Registered Nurse; or a Bachelor's Degree in Health Promotion/Education, Public Health, Health and Human Services, or a related specialty.
