In addition to the comprehensive screening and consultation services of the Wellness Clinic event, HWI also delivers a variety of other onsite screening services, including:
- Body Composition Analysis – Using the latest technology, this non-invasive test provides individuals with several indicators of their current fitness level, including body fat percentage, lean body mass, body mass index, and body water percentage. Education and individual consultations will be provided.
- Bone Density Screening – Licensed laboratory technicians administer a non-invasive heel ultrasound measurement. This method has comparable precision for assessment of spine and hip fracture risk as that of the standard X-ray imaging methods.
- Sun Safety - Using DermaView technology, we will analyze the sun damage on an individual’s face, allowing them to see the effects of cumulative sun exposure since early childhood. This screening may be combined with a diagnostic exam by a dermatologist, to detect severe damage such as pre-cancerous lesions or melanomas.
