About the Logo

A cairn (kârn) is a mound of stones piled up to mark a boundary or point the way for adventurers seeking a trusted and well-traveled path. At The Health & Wellness Institute (HWI), we feel this is the perfect symbol to represent who we are and what we do. Like a cairn, we will show you the way; the path to the summit. You have to do the work (the path can get steep and dangerous, at times) but we are there to guide you. The HWI staff has more than 20 years of experience, a set of field-tested tools, and award-winning expertise. We've been there, we've successfully guided others, and we're ready to help you and your team reach the top.
