Presentation - A 360° Approach to Value-based Design for Employers

Incentive programs for health plans and employers are just one part of a total approach to population engagement to drive healthy behavior change. Value-based benefit designs achieve optimal results only when they are combined with a comprehensive slate of multichannel interventions and communications that raise health awareness and support buy-in at all levels of the organization. The success of this approach in the long term also depends upon an infrastructure which readily supports the tracking, measurement, and reporting functions which will guide a targeted, adaptable strategy.
